Please give 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment 

If you give less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

If I arrive for your appointment and you are not home, you will be charged

100% of the treatment price.

Appointment reminders are sent out the day before your appointment.

Nail repairs

Any repairs needed within 48 hours of your appointment are charged at £3 per nail plus fuel charge.

Refunds

You are paying for my time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss concerns.
